Reading and writing workshop

The objective of the reading is to train competent readers, able to understand what read, observing what the in-between is, analyzing time and vocabulary. Our practice in reading, is organized around a diversity of texts and textual genres , as:

•round of reading
•reconstrution and dramatization
•discussions about the characters
•approach the issue of the history
•recall the history
•Work with illustrations and posters displayed in the mural
•criation of poems and histories

Through the reading we create new strategies for the games of language and "writing is one thing and knowledge is another". The writing is of the photo, butit is not knowledge itself. The knowledge is a light that is in a men . It is the heritage of everything that our ancestors have known,that we sent in germ, just as baoba is contained in the power of their seed. (Tierno Bokar)
